At Trustona Media, we create content that people love and search engines understand. We have several publications, including Cloudwards (cloud-based tech reviews) and Coffeeness (all things coffee). We have around 50 team members of editors, writers, designers… and we keep adding more every month! Because of this growth, our team needs more help.

3. Flexibility
We are looking for a part-time HR aid, and we’re open to various time commitment levels: from 15 to 30 hours per week.
We’re also a fully remote team with people from all over the world — from California and Mexico to Kenya and Cyprus.
As long as you have a consistent Wi-Fi connection, we don’t mind where you live. This means that you’ll have the flexibility to design a schedule that allows you to do your best work.
All we require is that you:
- Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Trustona leaders (usually at around 3 p.m. GMT)
- Be willing to interview candidates of all time zones
- Have a reliable internet connection that can handle video meetings
- Routinely check your messages and emails

Here's What We Expect From You
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting with internal organizational tasks, such as updating HR databases, onboarding team members to various tools, and managing off-boarding processes.
- Helping with various administrative tasks, such as updating training materials and website information.
- Working with leaders to develop good systems for hiring and HR.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in online tools, such as Google Workspace and scheduling apps.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
